The front desk staff were amazing; very kind and polite! The hotel seemed like it was brand new. Everything was extremely clean and well-organized. The complimentary hot breakfast in the morning was great. Our KING size bed was extremely comfortable!!! Our stay couldn't have been better. :)
I had to find a hotel late at night due to a smoke smell in my apartment from another tenant. I could not not have been more pleasantly impressed to find to find The Franklin Choice Hotel 5 minutes away. Beautiful design room was immaculate with high quality bathroom essentials, the bed was extremely comfortable and the morning view, outstanding! Thank you! They have an award winning breakfast (my opinion) and outstanding service! Highly recommended! 5
Nice rooms and friendly staff.. ask for a room not on the side of the road or forget sleeping. Also, they overbooked the hotel (we booked 3 months ago) and we get a room we didn't want for a night and get to pack up and move the next day. This is day 1, hope the next 8 are better. And when they move us to a room we booked, I will request a room not on the road side.. if they can't accommodate me, the why did I accommodate them? We shall see.... Oh, called for more towels because 2 isn't enough for 3 people, was told they would trade for dirty ones .. hello, it's day 1, no dirty ones yet.. maybe they have a towel shortage. Kinda weird response. Usually hotels give you more towels than you need per people staying in the room.... Update, everything else has been great . Sometimes it's not how you start, but how you finish!!
Very Nice newer hotel that I booked at a very good price. If you want a safe area that is only about 25 min away from most things in Milwaukee this is a great place. Very clean, good breakfast, Highly recommended. With the ballparks near by it might be busy/noisy at times.
I think this hotel is relatively new, everything was so clean. Breakfast was perfect! Although I was not here for the baseball tournaments, it was really fun watching them, in my air-conditioned room, right outside my window, throughout the day! The staff was super!
It was very nice & quiet & the staff was always very kind & had great personalities! I especially enjoyed the lady who worked the early morning breakfast shift, she was great! Not to mention the breakfast was always on point! The kids enjoyed the pool & I especially enjoyed having the free laundry for the guests! Huge bonus in my opinion! I wish I would of taken photos but we were busy enjoying our stay
I travel across the country, as well as internationally for work. Believe me when I say, Janet is 1 in a million in terms of being friendly and going ABOVE AND BEYOND to make your stay better and more comfortable. I will choose this hotel again if I’m ever in the area just because of her.
David and Janet were awesome. Customer service is great. We have stayed here before and will stay again when in town. Looking forward to another great breakfast. Great value for the price. Close enough to everything in the area but in a great neighborhood.
